- Do not make a booking if you do not like a peaceful and quiet resort with strict rules.

- We do not have Credit/Debit Card facilities at the office, only cash

- All key and tag deposits must be in cash. R200 deposit for chalet key and tag and R100 for camping, which is refundable once those items are returned to the office.

 - All tariffs are per day and for up to 4 persons, additional persons pay an extra fee.

- A maximum of 6 persons are allowed per camp site and for the chalets the maximum is the number of people that the house provides
sleeping for. Children and babies also count as persons.

- A deposit is required for each booking

- Deposits must be paid within:  3 days for non-members /   7 days for members and not refundable

- Booking will be cancelled if proof of payment has not been received in time

- The office does not have access to bank statements

- Non-members are not allowed to receive guests or to do day visit

- All power points at the camp sites use Standard Blue Caravan plugs

- For Chalets you need to bring the following with you:

1. Own bedding and linen
2. Own towels and toiletries
3. Own braai grid

- Mineral slipper baths key R100 deposit, only for people aged 45 and older.

The enforcing of strict rules, proper supervision and good management makes every visit to the resort an unforgettable experience. 

1. No dogs allowed

2. No music allowed inside the resort

3. Quiet after 22H00, in the warm pool as well as around the camp fires and by the chalets.

4. Warm pool

- Quiet after 22:00
- Closes at 23H00 or earlier if not quiet after 22H00
- No diving, jumping or splashing
- Not suitable for games
- No children less than 6 years allowed in the warm pool after 22H00
- If you fail to obey, you will be asked to leave the pool.

5. Rudeness and foul language will not be tolerated. No Excessive Noise or shouting is allowed.

6. Vehicles must be parked on your own site

7. If camping on grass, tents must be moved every 4 days

8. No solid plastic, carpets or shade nets allowed on the ground. Only nets with breathing holes.

9. Please ensure that everyone respects the rules of Baden Klub

10. No persons younger than 45 are allowed in the mineral baths

11. Non-members cannot invite or receive any guests

12. Keys and/or tags must be handed in at the office before 10H00. Only on Sundays or Public Holidays guests have the allowance of handing in keys and/or tags before 16H00.

13. Bicycles are not allowed on cement areas

14. Baden Klub, management and employees cannot be held responsible for any disputes or remarks made by any other guests at the resort.

15. If you plan on fishing at the resort, ask for your free permit at the office

16. No entry allowed in orchards or vineyards and no picking of fruits.

17. You enter the resort at your own risk and your children are your responsibility

18. All vehicles must be driven slowly in the resort at all times

19. No motorcycles, quad bikes or beach buggies are allowed in the resort. If your transport to the resort is via motorcycle, you may ride to your site and to town, but not for pleasure rides on the premises.

20. Baden Klub, management and employees cannot be held responsible for any damages to vehicles, possessions or for any personal injuries.
